We exist to protect, preserve and maintain the commons and fields

We are a volunteer lead charity. All contributions help towards the running of our commons and fields, preserving this glorious West Sussex countryside.

Membership means

Support the land that is now "as rare as rainforests"

​You can also attend a log day to collect a car boot load of wood
The wood comes from our scrub clearance designed to maintain the heathland. Occurs yearly based on volunteer availability. Make something with it. If you plan to burn the wood, you must chop it and season it yourself, aiming for a moisture content under 20%. ​

Set-up a Standing Order yourself - you stay in control & it saves us fees

If you choose to support the charity, setting up an annual payment through your online banking allows you to stay in control while helping the society reduce third-party payment fees.

​When creating your online payment, please include your first and last name in the payment reference so we can easily link it to your membership, and, if possible, set the renewal date to the 1st of May.

Your payments will automatically renew, until you cancel. GoCardless will email you to remind you and let you know of any changes.
